RETAWK! is committed to fostering a creative and respectful online environment. This Anti-Piracy Policy is designed to protect the intellectual property rights of creators and to ensure that all content shared on our platform is legal and properly licensed.

By using the RETAWK! platform, you agree to comply with this policy and our Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited Content

You are strictly prohibited from uploading, distributing, or otherwise making available any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Pirated Software: Unauthorized copies of software, including "nulled" versions, cracked programs, or software keys that have been illegally obtained.

• Unauthorized Media: Pirated movies, TV shows, music, e-books, and other forms of digital media.

• Copyrighted Materials: Any content that you do not own or for which you do not have the explicit permission or license to use, including images, videos, audio clips, and written works.

2. User Responsibility

3. Reporting Piracy

If you believe that a user has uploaded or shared pirated or infringing content on RETAWK!, please report it immediately by sending an email to info@retawk.com with the following information:

1. Your full name and contact information.

2. A detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.

3. The specific location (e.g., URL or user profile) of the allegedly infringing material on RETAWK!.

4. A statement from you, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

5. An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

4. Enforcement and Consequences

RETAWK! will take swift and appropriate action against any user found to be in violation of this policy. Actions may include:

• Removal of Content: The immediate removal of the infringing content from the platform.

• Warning: The issuance of a formal warning to the user.

• Account Suspension: The temporary suspension of the user's account.

• Account Termination: The permanent termination of the user's account and a ban from using our services in the future.

• Legal Action: RETAWK! reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement and pursue legal action against individuals involved in large-scale or repeated acts of piracy.

5. No Refunds for Policy Violations

Refund requests from individuals found in violation of this Policy will be denied in full. Refunds are not granted for any breach of this agreement, as violations constitute a breach of our Terms of Service. By engaging in a prohibited activity, you forfeit any right to a refund for your account, subscription, or any other services purchased on the RETAWK! platform. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where an account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of this Anti-Piracy Policy.

6. Safe Harbor

RETAWK! operates under a "notice and take-down" policy. We are not liable for user-uploaded content, but we are committed to promptly removing infringing material once we receive a valid and complete notice. Our goal is to protect the rights of creators while also providing a platform for legal and original content.
